The project is to explore the application of synesthesia in design, and how typography design may serve as a medium to evoke people’s sensory experiences. The idea is to create visual representations of Chinese nursery rhymes by combining lyrics and sound waves of songs in multiple typography formats to evoke the sound associations of the rhymes.
